These program terms describe the guided at-home and in-office neurofeedback program offered by Mindspace Neurotherapy. They are separate from our general Website Terms of Use and from our Equipment Terms, which cover the loaned equipment specifically. Your provider will review all applicable terms with you before you enroll.
Program Pricing
The guided at-home program is $599/month — month-to-month · no minimum commitment · cancel anytime.
A one-time assessment/onboarding fee of $150 applies at the start of your program.
Cancellation
- You may cancel at any time.
- Cancellation prevents your next monthly renewal — it does not end your current access immediately.
- Your program participation continues through the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
- Partial-month prorated refunds are not provided.
Training Frequency & Provider Review
Your training frequency is individualized during onboarding, based on your goals and baseline assessment — not a fixed schedule applied to everyone.
Your provider reviews your progress periodically, based on how your training is going, and adjusts your plan accordingly.
Equipment
Your program includes loaned equipment. Equipment provision, deposit, return, and care terms are covered separately in our Equipment Terms.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
As described in our general Terms of Use, enrollment in this program is not a guarantee of any individual outcome, result, or timeline.
