Frequently Asked Questions
Honest answers, before you reach out.
These are the questions people ask most before starting a free consultation. If yours isn't answered here, your provider is glad to talk through it directly.

Where is remote service available?
Availability depends on your state. We'll confirm during your free consultation whether at-home training is available where you live.
How much time does this take per week?
Your provider recommends a training cadence based on your goals and baseline assessment — it's part of your personalized plan, not a fixed number that's the same for everyone.
What if I'm not good with technology?
Your equipment ships with guided setup support, and your provider walks you through getting started. You're not expected to figure out the technology on your own.
Is this safe? What should I expect?
Neurofeedback is generally well tolerated, and individual experiences can vary. Your provider will talk through what to expect and answer any safety questions you have during your consultation.
Is there an age requirement?
Age requirements and program scope are confirmed during your consultation — reach out and we'll let you know whether the program is a fit for your situation.
What does it cost, and what's included?
The guided at-home program is $599/month — month-to-month · no minimum commitment · cancel anytime, plus a one-time $150 assessment fee. Full program and equipment terms are reviewed together during your free consultation.
What if I want to cancel?
You can request cancellation anytime. It stops your next monthly renewal — the current month you've already paid for continues through the end of that billing period, without a prorated refund. Equipment return details are covered in our equipment terms.
Can I switch between at-home and in-office training?
Yes. Mindspace offers both at-home and in-office training in Clarks Summit, PA, using the same guided process — talk with your provider about what fits your life best.
Do I need a diagnosis to start?
No. Programs are built around your goals and baseline information, not a diagnosis.
Is this a replacement for my medication or therapy?
No. Neurofeedback is designed to complement the care you already have, not replace it. Do not stop or change prescribed medication without consulting the prescribing professional.
