Mindspace does not use an online scheduling or booking platform. Instead, our consultation request page uses a short inquiry form. Information you submit there — such as your name, email, phone number, general availability, and any message you include — is used only to respond to you and coordinate a convenient time for your free consultation. It is not used for advertising or shared with third parties beyond what's needed to deliver the inquiry to us.

This inquiry form is not a clinical intake form. Please don't include sensitive medical or mental health information, a diagnosis, or other detailed health information when you submit it — we'll discuss any relevant details with you directly, privately, after we connect.

What This Website Collects Automatically

Standard technical information is generated automatically whenever any website is visited — things like your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, and timestamps. This information is processed by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, as part of normal web server operation and basic security monitoring. We do not currently use analytics or advertising tracking tools beyond this standard hosting-level activity.

Payment for Programs

If and when online payment becomes available for enrolled clients, payment is processed by Square, a third-party payment provider. Payment and billing information is collected and handled directly by Square under its own privacy and security practices — this website does not receive or store your payment card information.

This website does not set its own tracking cookies. Our hosting provider and any third-party service we link to (such as Square, if you're an enrolled client making a payment) may use cookies or similar technology as part of their own operation, under their own policies.
