Equipment Terms

These equipment terms cover the neurofeedback equipment loaned to you as part of your program enrollment. They are separate from our general Website Terms of Use and our Program Terms.

Equipment Provision

Your equipment is loaned to you for the duration of your active enrollment — it remains Mindspace Neurotherapy's property throughout your program.

Refundable Deposit

A refundable deposit of $500 is collected at enrollment. It is refunded after all supplied equipment is returned and inspected, assuming only normal wear.

Returning Your Equipment

Equipment must be returned within 10 calendar days after your program ends.

Shipping

Mindspace Neurotherapy covers the cost of shipping your equipment to you. We also cover return shipping and will provide or arrange a prepaid return shipping label when your program ends.

Normal Wear

Normal wear from ordinary use during your program is expected and will not affect your deposit.

Lost Equipment

If equipment is not returned within the required return period, it may be treated as lost. The refundable deposit may be applied toward the documented replacement cost, and you remain responsible for any documented replacement cost above the deposit.

Damaged Equipment

The refundable deposit may be applied toward documented repair or replacement cost. If the documented cost exceeds the deposit, you remain responsible for the difference.
